Job Description:
The Apartment Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations, guest experience, property maintenance, and overall management of short-term rental apartments. The role requires digital marketing skills, excellent organizational skills, customer service expertise, and attention to detail to ensure high guest satisfaction, efficient property turnover, and compliance with Airbnb standards and company policies.
Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Management & Customer Service
- Ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process for Airbnb guests.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly.
- Maintain a high standard of hospitality and guest experience to achieve positive reviews.
- Handle guest disputes professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Property Management & Maintenance
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure apartments meet cleanliness and maintenance standards.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams to ensure apartments are well-kept.
- Ensure all amenities (Wi-Fi, air conditioning, kitchen appliances, etc.) are in working order before each booking.
- Manage inventory for household supplies and replenish as needed.
Listing & Revenue Optimization
- Update and manage Airbnb listings, including pricing, descriptions, and images.
- Monitor occupancy rates and implement strategies to maximize bookings and revenue.
- Research market trends to optimize pricing and stay competitive in the short-term rental market.
Compliance & Financial Reporting
- Ensure all operations comply with Airbnb policies, local laws, and company regulations.
- Track apartment revenue, expenses, and profitability, providing regular reports to management.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, guest feedback, and operational issues.
Staff Supervision & Coordination
- Oversee housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure timely turnover of apartments.
- Train staff on hospitality standards and guest service expectations.
- Implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in property management, hospitality, or Airbnb operations.
- Strong knowledge of Airbnb platform, policies, and best practices.
- Experience in customer service and conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in property management software and booking platforms.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Job Type: Full time
Salary: N130,000 – N150,000
