We are developing a go-to-market platform and are seeking an Analyst to refine our AI outputs. In this role, you will review AI-generated sales insights, enhance data accuracy, and help develop AI-driven sales strategies. You will also receive mentorship in enterprise sales from a co-founder with extensive high-value deal experience.
Who We’re Looking For
Candidates should have prior B2B sales experience in one of the following areas:
- Lead Generation Agencies focused on outbound sales
- B2B Sales Outsourcing (BPOs) executing outbound campaigns
- SDR or B2B Account Executive roles targeting mid-market or enterprise clients
Key Responsibilities
- Review & Enhance AI Outputs: Ensure data accuracy and refine insights to support AI model training.
- Improve AI-Human Collaboration: Develop efficient review workflows and tools.
- Shape Sales Strategies: Collaborate with leadership to integrate AI into effective sales practices.
- Enterprise Sales Mentorship: Gain direct guidance in high-value deal-making and executive communication.

Job Details
– 400k NGN / mo paid biweekly
– Contract position – laptop and reliable internet are required
– Work schedule is full time however hours are flexible. We care more about work output than hours spent.
– 25 paid vacation/holiday days per year, sick leave as needed
– We are based in Los Angeles, California
