We’re looking for a talented AI/ML Engineer to join our team and lead the development of advanced machine learning models that power our flagship fintech product. You’ll work on exciting challenges like fraud detection, personalized financial insights, and voice-driven transaction systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning models for tasks like fraud detection, natural language processing (NLP), and predictive analytics.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI/ML capabilities into our platform.
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and real-time processing.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and identify opportunities to apply them to our product.
• Conduct experiments, analyze data, and iterate on models to improve accuracy and user experience.
• Ensure robust data pipelines and infrastructure for model training and deployment.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years in AI/ML engineering, with a strong portfolio of deployed models.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning is a plus.
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and MLOps tools.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to tackle complex challenges and deliver scalable solutions.
• Collaboration: Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.
• Passion: A genuine interest in fintech and using AI to create meaningful impact.
