Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand the company’s market presence.
– Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales agents, providing guidance and support to maximize their performance.
– Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, real estate developers, and other stakeholders.
– Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
– Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
– Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements in the real estate industry.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns.
*Qualifications and Requirements:*
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate industry.
– Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
– Strong leadership and team management skills.
– Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
– In-depth knowledge of the Nigerian real estate market and industry regulations.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₦150,000.00 per month
