Administrator/School Manager

Job Description:
The School Manager/Administrator will oversee the administrative operations of the school, working closely with the school director, teaching team, and parents to ensure that systems run smoothly. This role is vital to creating a well-functioning structure that allows the academic and developmental goals of the Montessori classroom to flourish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and streamline daily operations of the school (facilities, timetables, events, etc.)
- Oversee non-teaching staff and ensure accountability and productivity
- Handle school finances including budgeting, billing, and procurement
- Maintain student and staff records in accordance with school policies and regulatory standards
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and stakeholders
- Coordinate admissions, school tours, and enrollment processes
- Support the Montessori Director in implementing school vision and goals
- Ensure safety, orderliness, and a prepared environment that reflects Montessori values
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in school management or administration
- Understanding and appreciation of the Montessori philosophy is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficient in digital tools and school management systems
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
