Job Description:
The Administrative Officer will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining office systems, and supporting our legal and compliance processes. This role requires someone who is highly organized, communicative, and able to interpret basic legal documents and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to various departments and ensure smooth office operations.
Liaise with legal counsel when necessary and coordinate compliance-related tasks.
Maintain accurate records and manage confidential information with discretion.
Prepare reports, meeting agendas, and maintain filing systems (both digital and physical).
Stay up to date with relevant legal and regulatory updates.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role; legal or compliance experience is a strong advantage.
Basic understanding of legal terminology and documentation.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
