This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Manager, located in Lagos. The Administrative Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate administrative activities, manage office supplies and equipment, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with company policies. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records, preparing reports, and assisting in budgeting and project management.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with office software, including MS Office
- Proven ability to manage staff and foster a positive work environment
- Knowledge of budgeting and project management
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Previous experience in an administrative or managerial role is preferred
