Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the company’s operations and management.
  • Update and maintain the company profile, brochures, and project portfolios.
  • Assist in internal documentation and record-keeping.
  • Handle data entry, correspondence, and document formatting.
  • Manage scheduling, filing, and coordination of meetings or company events.
  • Support the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Collaborate with team members on administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Office Technology, or any other field.
  • Proficiency in CorelDRAW for basic design and document presentation tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management, reporting, and analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior administrative experience is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦100,000.00 – ₦120,000.00 per month
