Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the company’s operations and management.
- Update and maintain the company profile, brochures, and project portfolios.
- Assist in internal documentation and record-keeping.
- Handle data entry, correspondence, and document formatting.
- Manage scheduling, filing, and coordination of meetings or company events.
- Support the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with team members on administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Office Technology, or any other field.
- Proficiency in CorelDRAW for basic design and document presentation tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management, reporting, and analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior administrative experience is an added advantage.

Pay: ₦100,000.00 – ₦120,000.00 per month
