Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk and greet visitors professionally.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a timely manner.
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
- Maintain filing systems both electronically and physically.
- Perform data entry and maintain databases with accuracy.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Assist with bookkeeping and accounting tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred with no more than 3 years experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦200,000.00 per month
