Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team of remote lawyers. This role involves using Google and Microsoft applications to organize folders, manage email communications, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks. The ideal candidate must be intelligent, hardworking, polite, and enthusiastic, with strong communication skills and reliable access to a working computer and phone.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in organizing folders and managing emails using Google and Microsoft applications.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks to support the team’s financial record-keeping.
  • Provide general administrative support to remote lawyers and staff.
  • Handle telephone communications and respond to inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist in organizing digital and physical documents.
  • Help ensure smooth daily operations and timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently.
  • Access to a reliable computer and phone.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
