Luxesoft Codeline Solution is a software engineering and consulting firm in Lagos, Nigeria with the goal of delivering exceptional and innovative software products to improve our everyday lives or business process.

We are seeking a detailed-oriented and proactive administrative assistance with very strong digital communication skills to support our day-to-day business and online operations. This will involve content creation and management as well as managing postings and content coordination.

As an administrative assistant you will work closely with the marketing and operations team and collaborate directly with the software engineering team to understand product features and feature release schedules. This is a vital role that your reliability and accountability will play a key role and add tremendous value to the product releases and go-to-market strategies for our feature rich platform. Candidates must be close to the Ajah-Sangotedo area or willing to commute at least 4 days a week.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide daily administrative support including email management, task follow-ups, and document preparation.
  • Write posts and manage social media interactions effectively.
  • Assist with content research, captions, and engagement strategies under direction from the marketing team.
  • Understand the product features and how to communicate them to our online community.
  • Take meeting minutes and conduct market surveys and data entry tasks.
  • Uphold a very high standard of professionalism in every aspect of the business.

Required Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, or administrative coordinator.
  • Proven experience managing calendars, inboxes, meetings, and internal and external communications.
  • Familiarity with most social media platforms to include Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok
  • Previous experience supporting a startup or marketing team is a huge plus.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • A self-organizing, self-motivated individual capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₦120,000.00 – ₦280,000.00 per month
