Job Description:

Administrative Coordinator to support our operations and executive team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operations of our company.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the administrative office, including

ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and coordinating

repairs/maintenance.

  • Serve as the point of contact for internal and external inquiries, addressing

requests and directing them to the appropriate personnel.

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and

calendar management for executives and key personnel.

  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes during meetings, and distribute them

accordingly.

  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring proper

record-keeping and easy retrieval of documents.

  • Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, coordinating paperwork,

and ensuring they have the necessary resources.

  • Maintain customer relationships with existing customer base and support sales

team through activation of new customers.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters,

packages, and couriers.

  • Provide administrative support for various projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive information and documents.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or office management

role.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities with a keen attention to

detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to use Google Workspace (Google Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Mail, etc) is

a must.

  • Knowledge of office equipment and procedures.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Work Arrangement and Compensation:

  • Onsite work environment.
  • Attractive bonuses

Pay: ₦120,000.00 – ₦200,000.00 per month
