Job Description:
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable with hands-on responsibilities in a hospitality setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs professionally Respond to guest inquiries, bookings, and complaints (phone, WhatsApp, or in-person) Maintain daily records of bookings, guest details, and payments Coordinate room readiness by ensuring cleaning is done before and after each guest’s stay Personally assist with cleaning and room preparation when required Report maintenance issues or guest feedback to management Keep reception and common areas neat and presentable.
Requirements:
Previous experience in hospitality or admin roles is an advantage Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Honest, hardworking, and trustworthy Willingness to clean and maintain rooms to guest-ready standards Basic computer or mobile app literacy for handling bookings
Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Two days off per week (on a rotating basis, depending on guest volume)
Note: Flexibility is required based on guest traffic. Salary: ₦70,000 per month
