Job Description:

The Admin Officer is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations by handling administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and supporting other departments. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient functioning.
  • Maintain office supplies, inventory, and equipment.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
  • Manage filing systems, records, and data entry.
  • Support HR functions, including onboarding and employee records management.
  • Assist in budget tracking and expense management.
  • Ensure office safety, security, and compliance with company policies.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with office management software is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of administrative procedures and best practices.
  • Familiarity with HR and finance processes.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.

Pay: ₦100,000.00 – ₦150,000.00 per month
