Admin Officer – Asset Maintenance

Job Description: 

 Coordinate maintenance of company vehicles and keep appropriate records as to their usage and breakdowns to determine the effectiveness of services and maintenance.

· Keeping up-to-date records of vehicle particulars to ensure its timely renewal upon

· expiration.

· Keep a record of all vendors and contact them when required for services.

· Keep proper records of all the company assets.

· Source for service vendors as the need arises.

· Keep a proper record of all the spare parts purchased for admin-maintained assets.

· Daily supervision of the Expatriate drivers.

· Ensure adequate and timely maintenance of the Water Treatment Plant.

· Ensure timely maintenance of the Air Conditioners in the Drum factory, Pearl, PGLab, and the main office.

· Ensure timely maintenance of the dispenser machines.

· Ensure the maintenance of office supplies and place an order when stock is low.

· Coordinate the activities of the Dispatch Rider.

· Supervise the facility services when artisans/vendors are on the compound grounds.

· Foreseeing a day-to-day effective and conducive work environment.

· Ensuring all work-aid devices or equipment are working effectively at all times.

· Inputting services expense/quotation on the ERP.

· Record-keeping of all the company’s vendor agreements.

· Record-keeping of all the company’s Trademarks.

Qualification

  • BSc/HND qualifications in Office Administration or any relevant field

· 3 to 5 years of experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator, or similar role

  • Solid knowledge of office procedures
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
