Job Description:
As our Administrative Officer, you’ll be at the center of our day-to-day operations. You’ll support executive and departmental needs, ensure smooth internal processes, manage documentation, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment. You won’t just be managing tasks—you’ll be helping shape the rhythm of the entire company.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal and external communications (emails, calls, memos)
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Schedule meetings, take minutes, and prepare reports
- Support HR functions, including onboarding and staff records
- Assist with budget tracking and invoicing.
- Oversee office supply inventory and procurement.
- Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls)
- Draft and prepare documents, reports, memos, and presentations
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Track budgets, payments, and departmental expenses.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years’ proven experience in a similar administrative or office management role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
