Job Description:

As our Administrative Officer, you’ll be at the center of our day-to-day operations. You’ll support executive and departmental needs, ensure smooth internal processes, manage documentation, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment. You won’t just be managing tasks—you’ll be helping shape the rhythm of the entire company.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal and external communications (emails, calls, memos)
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Schedule meetings, take minutes, and prepare reports
  • Support HR functions, including onboarding and staff records
  • Assist with budget tracking and invoicing.
  • Oversee office supply inventory and procurement.
  • Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls)
  • Draft and prepare documents, reports, memos, and presentations
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
  • Track budgets, payments, and departmental expenses.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ proven experience in a similar administrative or office management role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
