RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answering phone calls and redirecting when necessary.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Managing daily/weekly/monthly schedules and agendas.
- Arrange meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms.
- Undertake occasional receptionist duties.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A degree in Office Tech Management or Secretarial Studies or any related discipline (HND or BSC).
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Secretarial duties.
LOCATION REQUIREMENT:
Agip and environs.

Pay: ₦60,000.00 – ₦80,000.00 per month
