RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answering phone calls and redirecting when necessary.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Managing daily/weekly/monthly schedules and agendas.
  • Arrange meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms.
  • Undertake occasional receptionist duties.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A degree in Office Tech Management or Secretarial Studies or any related discipline (HND or BSC).
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Secretarial duties.

LOCATION REQUIREMENT:

Agip and environs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦60,000.00 – ₦80,000.00 per month
