This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin/Front Desk Officer in Ikeja. The Admin/Frontdesk Officer will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, supporting staff and visitors. Responsibilities include managing communication, providing customer service, maintaining organization within the office, and assisting with various administrative and human resource duties.
Qualifications
- Skills in General Administration, Human Resources, and Administrative Assistance
- Effective Communication and Customer Service Skills
- Strong Organization Skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- A BSc in any social science; additional qualifications are a plus
- Not less than 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred
- Must reside close to or around Ikeja.
- Basic knowledge of the media and marketing experiences is a plus
