This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin/Front Desk Officer in Ikeja. The Admin/Frontdesk Officer will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, supporting staff and visitors. Responsibilities include managing communication, providing customer service, maintaining organization within the office, and assisting with various administrative and human resource duties.

Qualifications

  • Skills in General Administration, Human Resources, and Administrative Assistance
  • Effective Communication and Customer Service Skills
  • Strong Organization Skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • A BSc in any social science; additional qualifications are a plus
  • Not less than 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Must reside close to or around Ikeja.
  • Basic knowledge of the media and marketing experiences is a plus
