Job Description:

Job Purpose: To ensure the smooth operation of administrative processes, providing support to departments and managing office resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.

2. Maintain records, documentation, and files, ensuring they are accurate and up to date.

3. Monitor and procure office supplies and equipment.

4. Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and cleaning schedules.

5. Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.

6. Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.

7. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

8. Prepare reports and presentations as needed.

9. Support recruitment processes by coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate records.

10. Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.

11. Schedule appointments and maintain a record of visitor logs.

12. Respond to inquiries from clients, employees, and vendors.

13. Provide administrative support to other departments as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₦100,000.00 – ₦120,000.00 per month

Experience: Admin: 2 years (Preferred)
