Job Description:

A Customer Service Representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution. Maintain financial accounts by processing customer registration and providing inquiries to customers complaints.

An Administrative Officer for a football company provides crucial support to the organization’s daily operations. They manage administrative tasks, handle correspondence, organize events, and ensure the smooth functioning of the office. Specifically, they might manage documents, maintain records, support the team, and handle inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Email marketing Handle social media page by liking and commenting on our social media page Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls and messages on the company’s phone and social media pages
  • Generate sales leads Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Handle all administrative tasks as stated above. Take extra mile to engage customers

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative especially in a sport industry Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Familiarity with CRM systems and practice.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Have passion for football and am ready to take the lead. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
