Job Description:

Makaiza Farms Limited, a reputable player in the manufacturing and agro-processing industry, is seeking a detail-oriented Account Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable

Prepare financial reports, bank reconciliations, and inventory records.

Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with financial policies

Key Competencies:

HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 2-4 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing or agro-processing industry.

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and accounting software ( e.g QuickBooks, SAP)

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Osogbo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Finance in FMCG/Manufacturing: 10 years (Preferred)
• Senior role: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• ICAN/ACA/ACCA (Required)
