Job Description:

1. Ensure the spiritual formation of the pupils and staff.

2. Collect comprehensive content from their grade level and ensure it is submitted before the beginning of each term.

3. Ensure teachers produce biblical integrated content and use biblical integration in class.

4. Collect the first 4 weeks from their grade level and ensure it is submitted before the beginning of each term and that it is up to standard.

5. Class observation (observing the teacher while teaching), attention should be on: activity-based learning, compliance with lesson seed, actualization of lesson objectives.

6. Ensure teamwork and collaboration during activities.

7. Supervise remedial/ intervention classes to ensure the target is achieved as quickly as possible.

8. Ensure that both staff and pupils use the school’s approved lesson delivery and handwriting style.

9. Weekly meetings should be conducted with content review and challenges will be discussed.

10. Ensure cleanliness in the school’s environment.

11. Ensure children prepare for a well deserving assembly, lesson delivery and execute it as planned.

12. Ensure that the school culture is strongly upheld across his / her level.

13. Collation of end of the term report on pupils and staff performance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦120,000.00 – ₦150,000.00 per month
