The Brands and Marketing Associate is crucial in enhancing the visibility, reputation, and outreach of the Livingrite Care brand.
This individual will develop and implement marketing strategies, manage branding efforts, and execute digital and offline campaigns to drive client engagement, brand awareness, and business growth.
The ideal candidate should have experience in marketing, communications, and branding, with a strong passion for healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Management & Awareness
- Develop and maintain a strong and consistent brand identity for the organization.
- Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to across all communication channels.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for brand positioning.
2. Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution
- Assist in creating and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote the organization’s services.
- Develop promotional materials such as brochures, newsletters, and banners.
- Coordinate with the operations team to design targeted outreach programs for patients, caregivers, and healthcare partners.
3. Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Manage and grow the organization’s online presence across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Create engaging content, including blog posts, infographics, and videos, to promote healthcare awareness and services.
- Implement paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to drive lead generation.
- Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics for digital marketing efforts.
4. Community & Stakeholder Engagement
- Organize community outreach programs to educate the public about home healthcare services.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, medical professionals, and patient advocacy groups.
- Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and corporate partnerships.
5. Public Relations & Content Development
- Write press releases, newsletters, and articles to promote brand visibility.
- Work with media houses and influencers to amplify the organization’s mission and impact.
- Handle brand reputation management, including responding to reviews and inquiries.
6. Client Acquisition & Retention Strategies
- Support the sales team with marketing materials and lead generation strategies.
- Develop referral programs to encourage patient and healthcare partner recommendations.
- Conduct surveys and gather customer feedback to improve service offerings.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, branding, or public relations, preferably in healthcare, home care, or wellness industries.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and social media strategies.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and CRM software is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Passion for healthcare and community impact.

Pay: ₦100,000.00 – ₦150,000.00 per month
