**Key Responsibilities:**

– Create high-quality 3D models, textures, and animations based on project requirements and artistic direction.

– Collaborate with project managers, artists, and other team members to understand project objectives and timelines.

– Develop and maintain character, environment, and prop designs, ensuring they are visually appealing and fit within the project’s style.

– Utilize industry-standard software (such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, ZBrush, or Cinema 4D) to produce and refine 3D content.

– Prepare and optimize models for real-time rendering and game engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine).

– Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input on project concepts and designs.

– Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques, and continuously strive to enhance your skills and knowledge.

– Ensure all work is delivered on time and meets the quality standards set by the company.

**Qualifications:**

– Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

– Minimum of [3+] years of professional experience in 3D graphics design.

– Strong portfolio showcasing a range of 3D design projects, including modeling, texturing, and animation.

– Proficiency in 3D modeling/animation software such as Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, ZBrush, or Cinema 4D.

– Solid understanding of texture mapping, lighting, shading, and rendering techniques.

– Experience with game engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine) is a plus.

– Strong attention to detail, a creative mindset, and problem-solving skills.

– Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

– Experience in VR/AR development or motion graphics is a plus.

– Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) for post-processing and compositing.
