TheNewFew, Corp is seeking a meticulous and dynamic Virtual Assistant to join our innovative team. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely and support our operations with a variety of administrative and creative tasks. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be a key player in ensuring the efficiency and organization of our day-to-day activities. We are looking for a proactive individual who is capable of juggling multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Efficiently manage and organize multiple calendars, ensuring all events and appointments are scheduled accurately and promptly. This includes coordinating meetings across different time zones and sending timely reminders.
Event Scheduling: Plan and schedule events, ensuring all details are meticulously handled, from initial booking to follow-up communication.
File and Document Management: Maintain an organized digital filing system, ensuring all documents are easily accessible and up-to-date. This includes sorting, labeling, and archiving important files.
Contractor Search and Management: Conduct thorough searches for contractors suited to specific projects, handle communication, follow-ups, and manage ongoing relationships to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
Vendor Management: Regularly communicate with vendors and contractors to follow up on project statuses, payments, and service quality, ensuring all tasks are completed to Satisfaction.
Task Management: Proactively remind the team and key stakeholders of upcoming tasks, deadlines, and important milestones to keep projects on track.
Itinerary Scheduling: Research and organize travel plans, including flights, accommodation, and transportation. Ensure all travel arrangements are cost-effective and meet the team’s needs.
Bookkeeping and Invoicing: Manage basic bookkeeping tasks, including tracking expenses and processing invoices using QuickBooks, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
Copywriting and Contract Drafting: Assist with writing and editing copy for various purposes, including marketing materials, emails, and contracts, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
Social Media Support: Support social media activities on Instagram and TikTok, including posting updates, engaging with followers, and monitoring social media trends to enhance the company’s online presence.
Tool Proficiency: Utilize a range of tools, including Google Workspace (Meet, Calendar, Mail, Docs), Canva, Veed for basic video editing, Fiverr, Behance, Notion, and QuickBooks to perform various tasks efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
Ability to work remotely (EST timezone), and access to reliable internet
Proficient with a range of tools, including Google Workspace (Meet, Calendar, Mail, Docs), Canva, Veed.io for basic video editing, Fiverr, Behance, Notion, and QuickBooks.
Proven experience in managing calendars, handling task management, and conducting vendor searches. Background should demonstrate the ability to handle diverse administrative tasks efficiently.
Excellent at navigating social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok
Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without sacrificing quality or accuracy
Strong skills in vendor search and management, ensuring the best contractors are sourced and managed effectively to meet project needs
Written and verbal communication skills are top-notch. Must be able to convey information clearly and effectively and be skilled in drafting professional documents and correspondence.
A self-starter who takes initiative and can work independently. Must be reliable, dependable, and always follow through on your commitments.
Resourceful and capable of finding solutions to challenges as they arise. Must possess critical thinking skills to enable one to address issues efficiently and effectively
