UX/UI Designer

Job description:

We’re seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our growing team. As a UX/UI Designer at ISCANET, you’ll play a crucial role in creating intuitive and user-friendly designs that enhance the overall user experience for our platform. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to transform complex concepts into seamless and beautiful designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Research & Personas: Conduct user research, gather insights, and create personas to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups to visualize and communicate design concepts.
• User Interface Design: Design clean, functional, and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile platforms, ensuring a consistent design language.
• User Experience Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in the user journey and create design solutions that enhance engagement, navigation, and conversion.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to bring ideas to life, ensuring designs are feasible and aligned with business goals.
• Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve on designs, ensuring the highest level of user satisfaction.
• Responsive Design: Ensure designs are responsive and adapt seamlessly across different screen sizes and devices.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain and enhance ISCANET’s brand identity across the platform, ensuring consistent visuals and messaging.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UX/UI designer with a strong portfolio of design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design approaches.
• Ability to conduct and analyze user research and testing.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and a user-centric mindset.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience.

Pay: ₦100,000.00 – ₦150,000.00 per month
