We are actively seeking a talented Transmission and Broadcast Executive to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the integrity of our broadcast channels and ensuring a seamless transmission process, even during night shifts and weekends.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee day-to-day transmission operations, ensuring continuous and uninterrupted broadcasting.
· Monitor transmission schedules to guarantee timely and accurate delivery of content.
· Utilize IT skills to troubleshoot and address technical issues efficiently.
· Collaborate with production teams to optimize scheduling for smooth transitions between programs.
· Manage and maintain broadcast equipment, promptly addressing any technical issues to minimize disruptions.
· Actively engage in putting on the generator when needed to ensure uninterrupted power supply.
· Devise and implement strategies to ensure channels remain operational and do not go off-air.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration with production, engineering, and content creation departments.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in any field.
· Proactiveness and ability to work effectively under pressure.
· Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and workflows.
· Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
· IT skills, including proficiency in computer hardware and software repair.
· Availability for night shifts and weekends.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
