Job description:

We are seeking a dynamic Territory Development Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the On-Trade Lagos Island area to drive sales growth, build strong customer relationships and promote our brand in the wine and spirit industry.
– Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals within the assigned territory
– Identify new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of potential clients
– Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to identify key trends
– Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients
– Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities and maintain customer records
– Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers to maximize sales opportunities
– Collaborate with the sales team to drive overall company revenue growth
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
– Proven experience in technical sales, account management, or business development
– Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement
– Familiarity with the Lagos Island market as regards to the wine and spirit industry
– Previous experience of a minimum of five (5) years in sales of wine and spirit is preferred
– Familiarity with technology sales processes is advantageous
Salary Budget::₦400,000.00
