Job description:
Operating effectively under pressure and maintaining availability at all times to address and resolve issues promptly.
Proficiency in negotiation and contract management with petrol stations
Provision of ongoing and comprehensive training for petrol station staff and managers on the utilization of the PetroApp system
Establishment of station accounts on the PetroApp system and diligent follow-up on station requests.
Oversight of service quality provided to customers at petrol stations
Distribution of POS devices to gas stations and resolution of related issues
Installation of NFC tags on customer vehicles and management of associated tasks
Establishment of a network of freelancers for the installation of NFC tags on customers’ vehicles.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 + years of experience, preferably in major top oil industries (petrol station chains and lubricant), as an Operations Manager or Area Operations Manager for prominent firms.
B2B experience is essential.
Any relevant experience would be advantageous.
Proven ability to provide timely solutions to challenges.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in multitasking and internal control.
Strong aptitude for analyzing information and translating it for various departments.
Capability to manage sensitive and confidential data.
Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
Advanced analytical skills.
Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft tools.
Preferably mobile with a car
