Job description:
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Sales Representative.
The Technical Sales Representative will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as prospecting new clients, conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and closing sales deals.
This is a hybrid role, and we are recruiting reps from each Nigerian city, but flexible remote work is also acceptable.
As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, understanding their banking needs, and presenting tailored solutions using the Primus Suite platform.
You will also collaborate with the sales and marketing teams, provide product demonstrations, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Qualifications
Domain knowledge: Proficiency in banking operations, digital banking, or fintech
Technical skills: Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts
Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and market trends
Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify client needs and propose solutions
Self-motivated: Proven ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Sales skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Relationship building: Experience in building and maintaining successful client relationships
Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Flexibility: Open to travel and remote work
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Marketing or a related field
Salary:N150,000 monthly
