Technical Project Manager

Job description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of various technical projects within our organization. This role requires excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to ensure successful project completion while meeting strict deadlines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of technical projects from initiation to completion.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against them.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project performance and quality and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure project objectives are met.
Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project status updates and reports.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize processes, tools, and workflows.
Ensure compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and industry standards.
Mentor and coach team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience (3-5 years) in technical project management, preferably in software industry.
Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Teamwork, Clickup, Zoom, Teams or similar collaboration tools).
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
Advanced fluency in written and spoken English
Demonstrated experience communicating with clients and colleagues in multiple time zones and various ethnicities.
