Job description:

We have an opening for a Student Recruitment Manager to join the sales team based in Nigeria as a contractor.
This role is to support our Regional Manager based in Nigeria to deliver enrolment targets for ONCAMPUS centres through partner agents, institutions and other recruitment channels.
The Student Recruitment Manager (SRM) will be looking for the day-to-day management of a selected network of recruitment channels. The successful candidate will take a pro-active role in follow-up and conversion of ONCAMPUS students and will work closely with the wider sales and admissions team in achieving this goal.
Key duties will include:
Achieve new student recruitment and revenue targets for ONCAMPUS in line with revenue growth and ROI objectives.
Manage relationships with the regional agent network in agreed regions.
Provide training to agents and counsellors through visits and training sessions.
Support key agents in promotional activities including Fairs, Exhibitions, and interview days.
Support agent and student visits to ONCAMPUS centres
Within this role, you will be aligning to:
Achievement of annual sales targets in the region for the recruitment for ONCAMPUS students as defined and agreed annually.
Number of active agents sending students to Cambridge Education Group programs and average student numbers per agent.
Conversion rates by product against target.
Requirements for suitable candidates:
Educated to undergraduate degree level or equivalent (essential)
At least 2 years’ working experience in Sales role (essential)
Experience in promoting Higher Education in the UK or US (desirable)
Working experience in the Higher Education (desirable)
Fluent in English (other languages also desirable).
Excellent commercial relationship manager, motivating partners to deliver against defined growth targets.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team (essential)
Proactive approach to problem solving (essential)
A friendly professional manner and appearance (essential)
Self-motivated with an ability to thrive under pressure (essential)
Ambitious and results orientated (essential)
