Job description:

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute comprehensive student recruitment strategies to attract prospective students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Represent the institution at recruitment events, career fairs, and educational expos to promote our academic programs and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high school counselors, educational agencies, and community organizations to generate student referrals.
  • Utilize various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and targeted advertising, to reach and engage potential students.
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and implement improvements to achieve enrollment targets.
  • Admissions Process Management:
  • Guide prospective students through the admissions process, providing them with accurate and helpful information about program offerings, application requirements, and financial aid options.
  • Review and assess applications, transcripts, and supporting documents to determine eligibility and make informed admission decisions.
  • Collaborate with academic departments and faculty to ensure a smooth and efficient admissions process.
  • Communicate with admitted students to facilitate enrollment and answer any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Data Management and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospective students, applicants, and admissions decisions in the admissions database.
  • Generate regular reports on recruitment and admissions metrics, providing insights to support decision-making and strategy development.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for student recruitment.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelors degree in Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of international education systems and policies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Familiarity with various international student recruitment channels, such as social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
  • Proficient in using relevant software tools for managing student data, such as CRM systems and spreadsheet applications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, admissions, and finance departments.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₦22,304.62 – ₦50,696.50 per year

Expected hours: 2 – 10 per week
