Job description:
Whip-Smart Service Providers is seeking to recruit a manager in a leading beauty and cosmetic store dedicated to providing quality products and exceptional customer service, With a commitment to creating a unique shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
– Oversee day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow.
– Manage and lead a team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
– Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.
– Implement effective visual merchandising strategies to enhance the store’s appeal.
– Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
– Uphold company policies and standards, fostering a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in retail management, preferably in fashion store.
– Strong leadership and team management skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Knowledge of inventory management and sales analysis.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
– 2-3 years of relevant experience in a managerial role.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and other retail management software.
Ability to commute/relocate:Lagos: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
