Job description:

The Store Keeper will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory management, ensuring the efficient handling and storage of raw materials, finished products, and supplies.
Minimum Qualification: High School (S.S.C.E)
Experience Level: Entry level
Experience Length: 1 year
Responsibilities:
As a Store Keeper, you will be expected to perform the following duties
Receive incoming produce from the runner and verify them against requisition raised and inventory balance.
Organize and store inventory in designated locations, ensuring proper labeling and handling of perishable items, while applying the first in first out policy.
Maintain accurate inventory records using Excel and inventory management software( Odoo).
Monitor inventory levels and generate reports to identify stock shortages or overages.
Ensure all product(s)/ produce follows the FIFO, FEFO policy.
Perform regular inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies and ensure inventory accuracy (variances) with the data entry officer.
Prepare and issue produce for operations, ensuring proper documentation and labeling.
Coordinate with other departments to fulfill orders and support production schedules.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies regarding storing and handling goods.
Keep the stores & storage area clean, organized, and free from hazards.

Requirements
Basic knowledge of inventory management principles and procedures.
Minimum of 1-year experience in store management or related field preferred.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in record-keeping.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with colleagues.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move objects as needed.

Work Schedule
You will be required to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week, and a maximum of 5 (which can fall on Saturday or Sunday) as rotated.
Payment is made at the end of each month, calculated based on the number of shifts worked. Each shift is pegged at 3500 naira; you will be paid monthly.
