Must have:

  • Proven experience in social media management
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English

The role:

This role requires hands-on content creation, coupled with collaborative work across teams to deliver impactful messaging on various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy Development: Design and implement a content strategy that resonates with our Nigerian audience and aligns with Sporty Group’s brand and goals.
Content Creation:
 Create, edit, and manage high-quality content—including articles, videos, social media posts, and other media assets—that captivates our target audience.
Platform Management:
 Oversee distribution of content across all relevant channels, including social media, website, newsletters, and other digital platforms.
Market Analysis:
 Keep up with Nigerian sports industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to maintain relevant and engaging content.
Collaborative Work:
 Partner closely with marketing, social media, and design teams to deliver consistent messaging.
Performance Analysis:
 Track and evaluate content performance using key metrics to refine strategies and optimize content.
Community Engagement:
 Engage actively with our audience through social media interactions and community management to build a positive, lively online community.
Budget Management:
 Oversee content production budgets to ensure efficient, high-quality output.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
Proven experience in social media management or a similar role, ideally within betting, sports or entertainment.
Required Skills:
