  • We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Advertising Executive to join our client’s expanding advertising agency.
  • The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for social media and a strong understanding of current trends and platforms.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective social media advertising campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness, enhancing engagement, and driving conversions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with client objectives and target audiences.
  • Conduct audience research and create buyer personas to guide campaign planning.
  • Engage with the target audience through social media channels, responding promptly and professionally to comments and messages.
  • Build and nurture strong online communities around the brand.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay current with social media trends, algorithms, and industry best practices.
  • Create engaging content for social media, including text, images, and videos.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with creative directors, copywriters, and designers to ensure cohesive campaigns.
  • Work alongside clients to understand their needs and achieve their marketing goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or any related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in social media advertising or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
  • Excellent content creation skills, including writing, editing, and design.
  • Strong analytical abilities and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with paid social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, X (Twitter), Snapchat).
  • Knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Social Blade).
  • Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
  • A passion for social media and a strong understanding of digital trends.

Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 monthly.
