Job description:
Supervise and coordinate service floor activities.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints.
Maintain quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
Manage inventory and supplies.
Train and develop team members.
Collaborate with other departments.
3 years of supervisory experience in hospitality or retail
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and multitask
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Pay: ₦120,000.00 – ₦140,000.00 per month
