Job description:
 We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Sales & Onboarding Officers to join our team.

 In this role, you will report to the Sales & Onboarding Manager within your assigned
senatorial district and be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and onboarding learners
onto Gakanke’s Learning Management System (LMS).
 This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about sales, education, and
technology, with the flexibility of working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Prospecting:
 Actively identify and prospect potential learners within your senatorial district.
 Present Gakanke Consulting's course offerings to individuals, schools, corporate clients,
and other potential learners.
 Drive sales efforts by meeting weekly and monthly targets for learner enrollment.
Onboarding & Client Management:
 Assist new learners through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth setup on the
Gakanke LMS platform.
 Provide clear instructions and support to learners regarding how to use the LMS and
access their courses.
 Address learner inquiries and provide solutions to any challenges they may face during
onboarding.
Market Engagement:
 Build relationships with local community members, organizations, and educational
institutions to drive course awareness and learner sign-ups.
 Attend events and conduct presentations to showcase Gakanke’s educational offerings
and engage potential customers.
Collaboration & Reporting:
 Work closely with the Sales & Onboarding Manager to develop and execute strategies for
learner acquisition.
 Provide regular updates on sales efforts, enrollment numbers, and feedback from the
market.
 Collaborate with your manager and other team members to continually improve sales and
onboarding processes.
Qualifications
 Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field (preferred but
not mandatory).
 1 – 2 years of experience in Sales or Customer Service, preferably in education, EdTech,
or a related industry.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely.
 Strong organizational skills and ability to meet sales targets.
 Basic knowledge of digital platforms and online learning is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits
 N300,000 monthly.
