Job description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Sales & Onboarding Officers to join our team.
In this role, you will report to the Sales & Onboarding Manager within your assigned senatorial district and be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and onboarding learners onto Gakanke’s Learning Management System (LMS).

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Prospecting:
Actively identify and prospect potential learners within your senatorial district.
Present Gakanke Consulting’s course offerings to individuals, schools, corporate clients, and other potential learners.
Drive sales efforts by meeting weekly and monthly targets for learner enrollment.
Onboarding & Client Management:
Assist new learners through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth setup on the Gakanke LMS platform.
Provide clear instructions and support to learners regarding how to use the LMS and access their courses.
Address learner inquiries and provide solutions to any challenges they may face during onboarding.
Market Engagement:
Build relationships with local community members, organizations, and educational institutions to drive course awareness and learner sign-ups.
Attend events and conduct presentations to showcase Gakanke’s educational offerings and engage potential customers.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with the Sales & Onboarding Manager to develop and execute strategies for learner acquisition.
Provide regular updates on sales efforts, enrollment numbers, and feedback from the market.
Collaborate with your manager and other team members to continually improve sales and onboarding processes.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field (preferred but not mandatory).
1 – 2 years of experience in Sales or Customer Service, preferably in education, EdTech, or a related industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely.
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet sales targets.
Basic knowledge of digital platforms and online learning is an advantage.
