Sales Marketing Manager

Job description:
Marketing manager will be responsible for marketing the company freight services nationwide
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
Lead,motivate and mentor the sales and marketing team to achieve targets and foster a high performance culture
Provide coaching and training to sales staff to enhance their skills and effectiveness in driving sales growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and ensuring high level of customer satisfaction
Develop strategies to retain existing customers and attract new ones through effective sales and marketing initiatives
Conduct market research to stay up to date with industry trends and identity potential growth areas
Develop and maintain strong understanding of the company’s business model and services
Prepare and present proposals, presentations and contracts to clients and partners
Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals and ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business administration or related field
Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry
Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading and motivating a sales team to achieve targets
Excellence communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members
Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning with a demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Experience with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
