Sales Executive/Business Development Assoiciate(Real Estate)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in real estate sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, be highly mature, and possess excellent skills in closing deals and marketing properties effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
– Identify potential clients and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
– Conduct property tours and presentations for clients.
– Negotiate and close sales transactions with professionalism and efficiency.
– Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
– Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor activities.
– Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and forecasts.
– Create innovative initiatives and think outside the box to boost sales and client engagement.
-Take initiative where needed to drive results and improve processes.
Requirements:
– Extensive experience in sales, with a strong focus on the real estate sector.
– Proven track record of closing deals and meeting or exceeding sales goals.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in marketing strategies and tools.
– Highly self-motivated, mature, and results-oriented.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Over 23 years of age.
