We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating sales leads, developing strategies to promote our services, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a passion for client success, and a proven track record in sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Development
– Identify and engage prospective clients through market research, cold calls, networking, and referrals.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.
– Conduct presentations and meetings with potential clients to showcase recruitment services.
– Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Marketing Initiatives:
– Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to attract new clients in the recruitment industry.
– Manage digital and social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness and visibility.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to create content (e.g., brochures, newsletters, blogs) that aligns with business goals.
– Monitor and analyze marketing trends and competitor activities to refine campaigns.
- Client Management:
– Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the recruitment process.
– Provide regular reports on campaign performance, sales forecasts, and client feedback.
– Upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients to increase revenue.
- Collaboration:
– Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure the smooth transition of clients from sales to service delivery.
– Partner with internal teams to develop new product offerings and business opportunities.
– Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build the company’s reputation.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
– 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related role, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry.
– Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
– Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
– Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
