As we continue to drive growth and enhance our market position, Brit Properties Nig. Ltd is seeking to expand its team with the addition of a Sales Executive. This role is pivotal in achieving our sales targets and requires a dynamic, motivated individual who is passionate about sales and customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Sales Strategy Implementation: Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. This includes identifying and targeting potential clients, understanding their needs, and proposing solutions that align with our product offerings.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. This involves regular communication with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
3. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.
4. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. This includes crafting tailored proposals that meet the specific needs of clients.
5. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data. Ensure the successful closure of deals within the designated territory.
6. Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback from clients to enhance product and service delivery.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
– Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
– Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
– Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
– Fast learner with a passion for sales.
– Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
– Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
– B.A, Bsc., HND or relevant field.
