Job description:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Onsite Sales Agent with a focus on vendor sourcing and transitioning to join our team at Renamarket a leading e-commerce platform. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new vendors, as well as ensuring a seamless transition onto our platform.


Identify potential vendors and suppliers that align with our platform’s target market and product offerings.

Reach out to prospective vendors through various channels, including email, phone calls, and networking events, to establish partnerships and onboard them onto our platform.

Conduct thorough research and due diligence on potential vendors to assess their product quality, reliability, and suitability for our platform.

Negotiate terms and agreements with vendors, including pricing, product assortment, and shipping arrangements, to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and operations, to coordinate the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition for vendors onto our platform.

Provide guidance and support to vendors throughout the onboarding process, including assistance with product listings, content creation, and platform integration.

Monitor vendor performance and satisfaction levels, and address any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner to maintain positive relationships.

Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expanding our vendor network and optimizing vendor partnerships.

Develop and implement strategies for driving vendor engagement, retention, and growth on our platform.

Maintain accurate records of vendor communications, agreements, and performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management on vendor-related activities and outcomes.


Proven experience in sales, business development, or vendor management, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.

Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish and maintain partnerships with vendors.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces, and vendor management tools is a plus.

Salary: #100,000.00 +commission on signups
