Job description:

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Account Executive to join our growing team! As an AE, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by building and nurturing relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and closing deals. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract signing and beyond.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned quotas and targets.
Prospect and qualify new leads, conducting in-depth research and understanding their needs.
Build strong relationships with assigned clients, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their pain points.
Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to post-sales support, exceeding client expectations.
Develop and maintain accurate customer records within the CRM system.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams (marketing, customer success, etc.) to ensure a seamless client experience.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales (or relevant industry experience).
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
Ability to build strong relationships and develop trust with clients.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (a plus).
A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred: Experience within lending, financial services, fintech, banks
