Job description:
The Rewards and Compensation Analyst will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and administration of the company’s rewards, compensation, and benefits programs. This role will ensure effective and accurate payroll management, compensation surveys, and market benchmarking. S/he will leverage their knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems to optimize processes, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities
(A) Payroll Management:
Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees, maintaining compliance with legal requirements.
Work closely with the payroll team to review and audit payroll data, addressing discrepancies and resolving issues as needed.
Ensure HRIS and payroll systems are optimized for accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
(B) Compensation Analysis:
Conduct salary surveys and benchmark company salaries to ensure competitiveness in the job market.
Analyze and evaluate market data to create competitive pay structures aligned with organizational goals.
Prepare reports and recommendations on salary structures, bonus plans, and other rewards programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with market trends.
(C) Benefits & Incentive Programs Administration:
Manage the day-to-day operations of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
Conduct regular evaluations of benefits offerings, providing insights into employee engagement and program effectiveness.
Support incentive and rewards program initiatives that drive employee engagement, retention, and performance.
(D) Data Management & Reporting
Utilize HRIS and payroll ERP systems for data management, reporting, and analytics to track compensation trends and internal equity.
Maintain accurate records and produce reports on compensation, benefits, and rewards metrics for decision-making purposes.

Utilize HRIS and payroll ERP systems to generate data-driven insights on compensation trends.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all HR information systems and payroll platforms.
(E) Compensation Surveys:
Conduct compensation surveys to collect and analyze data, identifying trends and recommending adjustments.
Provide insights into salary benchmarks to inform management of industry standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in rewards and compensation, payroll management, and benefits administration.
Proficient in HRIS and payroll ERP systems
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, with experience in data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
Excellent communication skills expressed both verbally and in writing
Key Competencies:
In-depth knowledge of compensation survey methodologies and market salary benchmarking.
Solid understanding of employee benefits, incentive programs, and payroll processes.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
