Job description:
Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory management, and financial performance.
Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food, service, and cleanliness.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between front and back of house.
Requirements for the role
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
N160,000 – N180,000 monthly
