Resident Pastor/Ministry Operations Coordinator

Job description:
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Ministry Operations Coordinator to join our team. This dual role combines spiritual leadership with operational management, ensuring that our ministry fulfills its mission effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide pastoral care and spiritual oversight to staff, volunteers, and the community.
Lead worship services, prayer meetings, Bible studies, and spiritual counseling sessions.
Develop, implement, and oversee ministry programs and outreach initiatives.
Manage day-to-day administrative functions, including staff coordination, budgeting, and resource management.
Collaborate with other ministry leaders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and mission.
Plan and organize events, mission trips, and community service projects.
Serve as a liaison between the ministry and external partners, including local churches and community organizations.
Ensure the smooth operation of ministry activities while fostering a Christ-centered environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, or a related field
3+ years of experience in pastoral ministry or church leadership.
Strong organizational and administrative skills, with experience managing ministry programs and operations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Deep commitment to Christian values and a passion for serving others.
Ability to work effectively in a team and lead others with compassion and integrity.
Experience in community outreach, missions, or NGO work is an asset.

Pay: ₦300,000.00 – ₦400,000.00 per month
