Job description:

We’re currently seeking a Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Officer who will develop and execute strategies to attract top talent, managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Source and engage potential candidates, conduct interviews and assessments, and maintain accurate candidate records. Additionally, he/she will collaborate with HR colleagues and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, provide timely feedback to candidates, and ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various industries and job roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create targeted recruitment plans.
Source, identify, and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate the skills, qualifications, and cultural fit of candidates.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate screening, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and extending job offers.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations related to recruitment and hiring practices.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment databases.
Collaborate with HR colleagues and hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), social media, and other recruitment tools.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Proactive and results-driven, with a passion for finding and attracting top talent to support organizational growth.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Pay: From ₦180,000.00 per month
Experience:HR Consulting: 2 years (Required)
Recruitment/Talent Acquisition: 3 years (Required)
